Originally from Laguna Beach and Seattle, Eric Toomey relocated to Las Vegas in 2003 to serve as a collegiate golf coach at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. A graduate of Washington State University and former member of the men’s golf team, Eric developed the leadership, work ethic, and competitive drive that continue to define his approach to real estate today.
Following his coaching career, Eric transitioned into sales and marketing, where he built an impressive track record working with nationally recognized brands. While with Southern Wine & Spirits, he created specialized marketing programs and developed lasting partnerships with golf clubs throughout Southern Nevada. He later joined the National Accounts Team at Anheuser-Busch, managing high-level relationships with some of the country’s most recognized hospitality and gaming companies, including MGM Resorts International, Caesars Entertainment, Golden Nugget, Boyd Gaming, and Station Casinos.
For more than 7 years, Eric has successfully represented buyers and sellers throughout the Las Vegas Valley, combining expert negotiation skills, strategic marketing knowledge, and a relationship-driven approach to deliver exceptional results for his clients. As a longtime Henderson resident, he provides valuable local insight, strong community connections, and a deep understanding of the ever-evolving Southern Nevada real estate market.
In addition to serving the Las Vegas market, Eric specializes in helping clients purchase vacation homes and investment properties in the Park City area, with a particular focus on Jordanelle Ridge — a premier master-planned community located near Deer Valley Resort. Having spent significant time in the area, Eric offers clients valuable firsthand insight into the mountain lifestyle, local amenities, and the long-term investment potential of one of Utah’s most desirable resort destinations.
Outside of real estate, Eric enjoys golf, skiing, and spending time outdoors with family and friends. He and his daughter, Taylor, proudly call Henderson home.
